We would like to gift DisneyWorld annual passes to our adult children and grandchildren (ages 7 and 9). We are Florida residents, but they are not. Can we purchase the annual passes using our Florida resident discount? Thank you.

Hi Jodi! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. We’re glad you stopped by to bring us your question.

Jodi, what a generous and magical gift you are wanting to give your family! Florida Resident Annual Passes require proof of residency for guests age 18-years and older who will be enjoying them. So, unfortunately, your adult children would not be able to activate and use the Florida Resident APs. Annual Passes for non-Florida Residents are available for purchase, so you could consider gifting them with those Annual Passes so they can enjoy the gift of magic for an entire yEAR!

I hope this helps answer your question. For any additional tips or advice, please do come back and visit us again soon.

    Wishing you a magical day,
