    When you want to use a gift card toward your room charge balance, do you have to do that daily or can you wait until the night before or the morning of check out? Also, Can you set a limit on the magic bands so you don't overspend?

    What a great question! We always do just this and I am happy to tell you, you can do both. You can either stop by the front desk daily to check your balance and pay it down, or you can stop by the night before you check out to do it. I usually go every couple of days, just so I can keep and eye on the charges and get a reference of where our balance sits. You will want to make sure you don't wait until the morning of check out because they will have already charged the balance to your credit card on file and it's a hassle to get returned. You may also set a limit on your account, or on each MagicBand individually, to make sure you don't overspend. Simply let the Cast Member at check-in know what you would like to do and they will be happy to help!
