Hi there Shawn!
Typically, in that situation what I would do is, I would tell the front desk Cast Members that the kids will be part of your room charges and not Grandmother's. So each child will require the cards to be listed for your and your other family's room. This should not be a problem for them to get the cards distributed correctly. They may even issue them separate room keys just for Grandmother's room. I hope you and your family have a Magical Time at the Walt Disney World Resort! Thanks so much for asking the Moms Panel! If you have more questions, we are always here to help!
Visit Walt Disney World Resort to explore the magic.
