    To GF w/ 1&3yo.Wednesday~check out MK.Dinner at Boma Buffet or Ohana?Thursday~MK, BBB at 11am~is that a good time?Then, fantasmic package at 4pm vs Ohana at 8pm?Friday~Tusker,AK,and WCC 6pm.Saturday~TepEdo 6pm and Illumins.Sunday~Chef Mickey's BR.Thoug

    This possibly might be getting to you late from reading the day you mentioned in your question.  It looks like you have a wonderful plan for your trip with just a few questions.  With small children I always suggest you keep dining fairly close if you have that option so I would pick Ohana's which is at the Polynesian resort right next door.  Bomas is a wonderful dining choice so you can't go wrong but it is a bit further away.  Your Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique reservation is great and you can end by finding a spot to eat where your daughters can show off their princess looks. 

    Everything listed are great choices and a good plan to start from.  You can always cancel something if your children run out of steam but at least you are starting with necessary and hard to get reservations.  I am sure you will have a very magical vacation!
