Hi! My gf & I are going to Disney World in September. She has cerebral palsy and can’t stand or walk for very long. We’re planning on building a lightsaber and droid. Can she can stay in her scooter or is there a transfer chair available for her?

Hi Tony! Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It sounds like you have an upcoming journey to the planet of Batuu at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge!

Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge is a truly out of this world experience! I am happy to share that the planet of Batuu welcomes all visitors! I had the opportunity to check-in with a knowledgeable "resident" of Batuu and learned that Guests requiring use of a wheelchair or scooter may remain in their mobility device. For example, Droid Depot will allow Guests to station themselves directly in front of the conveyor belt to build their own Droid. You should have a similarly accessible experience at Savi's Workshop as you build your own lightsaber.

Tony, I hope you and your girlfriend enjoy your visit to a galaxy far, far away!
