    Hello , me and gf have decided to separate, she has my annual key on her account how can I unlink my key from her account . ?

    Hello, Chris! Thanks for writing to planDisney. I'm so sorry to hear that your fairy tale didn't end with happily ever after, but as Cinderella once said, "No matter how your heart is grieving, if you keep on believing, the dream that you wish will come true."

    There is an easy way to unlink your pass from her account using the Disneyland Mobile App; however, if your former girlfriend was the one who purchased your Magic Key, she will need to complete the process herself. Ask her to go to the "Tickets & Passes" section of her App. She should then be able to choose the option to "Remove This Pass." If you cannot contact her to do this, give Disneyland Ticketing a call at (714) 781-4636. You can also try the Magic Key Holder Hotline at (714) 781-7277. 

    I think you deserve to treat yourself, Chris! Grab a couple of friends and head over to the Magic Key Terrace at Disney California Adventure Park for yummy libations and California-fresh appetizers. We hope to see ya real soon!
