If you're looking to make and manage plans with other Guests in your travel party, you'll want to use the
Family & Friends features that are a part of your
My Disney Experience account. Connecting everyone together through Family & Friends makes for an easy way to set up and share reservations such a dining reservations and theme park reservations.
Simply start by signing in to your
"My Family & Friends List" page. You can use the easy "Add a Guest" feature to add others to your list. There are a few options for adding Guests to your "My Family & Friends List." One option will let you find Guests with whom you're already connected. Another option, and one that might be a good choice in your case, is to import the Guest information from a Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation. You can simply enter the reservation confirmation number and the last name of the Guest on the reservation. A third option lets you enter a Guest's name and age, and then invite that Guest to connect with you by entering their email address. That Guest will receive an email invitation to connect with you, and when they
accept the invitation, they will be joined to your Family & Friends List.
Your Family & Friends List is also conveniently available in the
My Disney Experience mobile app. Simply tap the main menu icon (the three stacked lines in the lower right) and tap the "My Profile" link. You'll then see the "Family & Friends List" tab where you can use its features.
