If you're expecting a refund, it most likely means that plans have changed and I'm sorry to hear that. Typically, it takes 7-10 business days for a refund to process back to your credit card or bank account. If you're past this timeframe, I recommend
reaching out to a friendly Cast Member at (714) 781-4636 for assistance and to confirm that the refund was sent. If the refund was sent, you may need to reach out directly to your bank for additional assistance.
I was recently in your shoes and made a merchandise return at the parks and found that it was processed back to my credit card within 48 hours. If you've been waiting for some time, I hope that by the time this message reaches you, everything has been settled.
