Mom and Daughter at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort Room

    Hi! We are getting ready to leave for Disney and are staying at the Polynesian. My parents live in FL and will be coming to visit, and are season pass holders. Are they allowed to come to the pool with us or is there a policy about visiting guests?

    Hi there, Jill!

    Thanks for visiting us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.   Unfortunately,  pool privileges are only extended to registered guests of the Walt Disney World Resort.  If your parents are not registered guests of the resort, they are no permitted to visit the pool.  Also, it is very common to have staff verify your guest status in the pool area.  Have you considered spending some pool time together at the Walt Disney World Water Parks?  I am certain that you would have an outstanding time at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon or Disney's Blizzard Beach!
