We are getting ready for our first trip to Disney coming up for spring break. My daughter wants to have a boat ride is there any suggestion and what would the price be?

    Hi Jenifer!

You definitely can rent a boat in Walt Disney World, but there are many opportunities to ride a boat for free in Walt Disney World!  Most of the opportunities to ride on a boat are provided by the Disney transportation between the Parks or the Resorts to the Parks.  I will list a few of them for you:

    1. The Ferry Boat that travels between the Ticket and Transportation Center and the Magic Kingdom

    2. The boats that go between the Magic Kingdom Resorts (the Contemporary Resort, the Polynesian Resort, the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, the Wilderness Lodge Resort, and Fort Wilderness Campground Resort) to the Magic Kingdom

    3. The Friendship Boats that travel between Epcot and Hollywood Studios (these Boats make stops at the Boardwalk Resort, the Swan and Dolphin Resorts, and the Yacht Club and Beach Club Resorts)

    4. In Epcot, the Boats that go across World Showcase Lagoon

    5. Also there are many water rides that involve riding in a boat including Living with the Land in Epcot or It's a Small World and Pirates of the Caribbean in the Magic Kingdom (there are many more as well)

I hope that you have a magical vacation that include lots of boat rides on your next Walt Disney World vacation!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
