    I am getting ready to make my dining reservations for my December trip. We would love to dine at California Grill! What is a good reservation time to make so that we will be there during the fireworks??

    Hello, Dina!

    The California Grill is one of my favorite restaurants at the Walt Disney World Resort! The floor-to-ceiling windows provide amazing views. My husband and I prefer to dine early. Therefore, we make our dining reservations before 6 P.M. so that we can be sure to view the sunset over Seven Seas Lagoon and return to the observation deck later to view Wishes Nighttime Spectacular.  If you prefer to dine later or watch the fireworks from your table, then look for a dining reservation about an hour prior show time. You can check the Walt Disney World Resort Calendar for times, but keep in mind times can change without notice. If you are not able to reserve your desired time during the firework spectacular, Guests who have dined that evening are welcome to return to view Wishes later in the evening. Just save your receipt and you will be given access to the private observation deck.
