We are getting ready to book our vacation for 3/16-3/22. I heard this was spring break. Is this a bad time to go to Disney? Also, we are planning on staying at the Port Orleans-Riverside with a 4 yr old and a 9 mo. Is there somewhere else we should stay?

Congratulations on your upcoming Disney vacation! It is certainly true that Spring Break is a very busy time for Walt Disney World, however the official Spring Break weeks are March 28 - April 10. The rates for accommodations during this time can be found at www.disneyworld.com under 2010 Easter Room types & pricing. Our family really enjoyed our stay at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside.  Alligator Bayou gave us the feel of the South that we were looking for and Boatwright's Dining Hall was a winner with our kids. Your children are the perfect ages to enjoy the kiddie pool at Ol' Man Island, the main swimming area and you will find the Children's Play area nearby. You are sure to enjoy the Sassagoula River and the charm of the South that this resort provides.
