    Hi, just getting ready to arrive at WDW 9/27-10/3... traveling with a 9,5,5,&3 year old. I am planning to go to AK on the fri...my only visit there. Thinking about leaving early to go to the P&PFV, is that enough time to be at AK

    Welcome to the Moms Panel!  Your vacation is just around the corner, and this is a great time to put the finishing touches on your plans.

    I think that it is totally possible to cover the Animal Kingdom in one day, I simply suggest that you arrive right at opening to make the most of your time.  We always head right to the back of the park and experience Kilimanjaro Safaris, this is our signature attraction so once we've crossed that off our list the rest of the day is all extra to us.  We typically work from the back of the park forward and can usually tackle it in less than a day.
