I am getting married in Orlando (downtown Disney actually). I want to go to magic kingdom afterwards to go on some rides and watch the fireworks. Will I be allowed in, in my wedding dress?

    Hi there Monica!

Congratulations! How much fun will that be? From what I have seen, Wedding dresses are not allowed in the parks unless you are taking part in a Disney Wedding, planned by the wedding experts. I wish I could help you with that one! There are a lot of couples that want to have their wedding pictures taken in the most magical place on earth but unfortunately, unless they go through Disney, they will not be allowed through the front gate. Actually, could you imagine if they did let people in everyday... It would definitely be a crazy scene in the Spring time when it seems like everyone is getting married! You would have couples everywhere in formal wear!

What I would do to celebrate would be to get His and Hers Mickey Wedding Ears to wear around the park! You won't believe the amount of pixie dust you will have "sprinkled" on you! Thanks so much for asking the Moms Panel! I hope this information helps you with your planning and if you have more questions, please ask away, we are always here to help! Have a Magical Time at the Walt Disney World Resort!
