Jenny from VA Asked Note: This answer was provided prior to the change to planDisney and may still contain references to Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I am getting married July 4th and then headed to WDW for 7 days for the first time. Can you please give me some honeymoon ideas.

Congratulations, Jenny, on your upcoming marriage!  I also honeymooned at Walt Disney World resort, and I'm sure it was the sprinkle of Pixie Dust that has kept us going strong 20 years later!

First, think about some of the restaurants where you'd like to eat.  The California Grill at the Contemporary Resort is a romantic favorite of mine, and if you time it just right, you can enjoy Wishes.  Have them note on your reservation that it is your honeymoon, and ask for a window table.  They really do their best to accommodate requests like this.  Other restaurants that can be truly romantic include Jiko at Animal Kingdom Lodge (this is where we usually go for our anniversary dinners!); Artist Point at Wilderness Lodge; and even 'Ohana at the Polynesian.

The Disney Florist can also add a little magic to your honeymoon celebration.  Check out some of their wonderful and romantic offerings HERE.

Other options that can add a dimension to your honeymoon celebration might include a night at Cirque du Soleil in Downtown Disney; a romantic fireworks cruise; or a romantic and luxurious couples massage at the spa at the Grand Floridian.

Let everyone know you are celebrating your honeymoon with bride and groom Mouse ears and a celebration button.  Sometimes, magic happens when you least expect it!

I hope your wedding is more spectacular than the fireworks that will blaze overhead that night, and my best wishes for a long and happy life together!
