When getting the boat launch from the magic kingdom to wilderness lodge - how far is geyser point restaurant from where the boat docks and is this restaurant quick service ?

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Andrew, we thank you for your loyalty.

How excited you must be about your upcoming vacation to Walt Disney World Resort! Don’t you just love the convenient, complimentary Walt Disney World® Water Transportation and how scenic the water launch ride is from Magic Kingdom Park to Disney’s Wilderness Lodge?

Magically, serene, lake-side vistas and delicious fare await you at Geyser Point Bar & Grill, a Quick-Service dining venue, Andrew. The walk from the NW Dock & Ferry/Boat Transportation to this open air restaurant branches out from the main wooden footbridge, continues alongside Fire Rock Geyser, past Trout Pass Pool Bar, with a quick left turn to Geyser Point Bar & Grill. I found it to be an easy walk, approximately 3-5 minutes depending on your gait.

Kindly prepare to enjoy a leisurely libation and/or meal at the comfortable and airy outdoor deck with the most incredible views of Bay Lake. If I may, suggest the hearty bison burger with Tillamook cheddar paired with the unique waffle fries?

Mom’s Tip: If you prefer a later meal, Andrew, you could time it just so for a spectacular view of the outstanding Electrical Water Pageant which may pass directly in front; now how magical would that be?

We hope you find this information helpful and wish you a most extraordinary dining experience, Andrew.

    Best Disney Dishes!
