We are getting the Basic Dining Plan. We will be there for 7 days, and are eating at Cinderella's Castle (taking 2 table services). I have 6 reservations for sit downs, what do I do for one meal on the 7th day since I will be out of table services?

    Hello Jill!

There a couple of things you can do in this situation. My first suggestion would be to consider paying for your meal at Cinderella's Royal Table out of pocket. On our last trip we were on the dining plan, and after I looked at our planned meals carefully, I found that it made more economic sense for us to pay for our breakfast here and use the two table service credits for two other meals. The setting and experience of eating in the castle is wonderful, but in my opinion it is not a very good use of two valuable table service credits.

You could also eat two counter service meals on your 7th day instead of booking another table service meal. We found that most counter service portions were quite large and we would often share one meal between my husband and I at a meal, which gave us an extra credit to use later in the day. If you supplement a shared meal with snacks throughout the day, you might find that you have plenty to eat. We always seem to have an abundance of unused snack credits on our last day, and if you have extras this would be a good way to use them up.

If neither of these options appeals to you, then you may just have to pay out of pocket for any extra meals on your last day that you don't have enough dining credits to cover.

I hope this gives you a few ideas. Have a wonderful vacation and have fun making your final plans!
