    Getting AP's & excited about a year of WDW. I plan to visit many diff. restaurants suggested here. My only hesitations are Epcot's Moroccan & Mexican TS. I'd love to try them but I dislike spicy foods. Anyone have luck finding mild dishes at any o

    I'd be excited about that too, Debbie!  Congratulations!  I've eaten at both of the counter-service locations you mentioned and I, too, have an aversion to spicy foods.  The good news is that the Tacos de Pollo entree I order at Cantina de San Angel is not terribly spicy (and I'm a spice wimp!).  The bad news is that while the chicken Shawarma Platter I ordered at Tangierine Cafe in Morocco wasn't spicy, nor was it edible.  I would not recommend that restaurant.  Good luck in your quest for mild dishes!
