Hello, Luis! Welcome to planDisney, and thanks so much for stopping by so we can help you plan an amazing vacation with your grandchildren and family! I love to hear that you’re planning that far in advance for a large party since that will make the process go much more smoothly!

When it comes to a multiple-room large-family reservation, you will actually need to make multiple reservations; one reservation will be necessary per Resort Hotel room, and you will name the people who will be staying in each room. When it comes to 17 people, you may need 5 or more rooms that sleep 4-5 people each, available at an array of Resorts. Otherwise, you may choose to book several 2- or 3-Bedroom Villas at a Disney Vacation Club property, or even a couple of Treehouse Villas, which sleep 9 each! It truly depends on your comfort level, preferences, and budget, as there is something for everyone!

Each Reservation that you make should include a Disney Vacation Package with Theme Park Tickets and Resort Hotel Room stay, as this is the most convenient and budget-friendly way to go. Check out the Tickets & Planning Guide to see a description of which Theme Parks appeal to which ages, and this can act as a starting point for your planning journey! Planning materials such as these are not sent via mail but can be found easily online! In fact, the planDisney website has a convenient video library, where many of our panelists share their favorite tips about what makes a Walt Disney World vacation so special and memorable to them and their families!

Before you plan, make sure that you name each Guest on your Family & Friends list so that you can make plans for them easily and quickly, and so you can share them with each Guest as well! Plus, check out the Disney Parks Blog for all the most exciting news on the horizon, including the 50th-anniversary celebrations that will begin this fall! Plus, please know that we are here for you every step of the way and would love it if you would stop by and see us anytime you need help or guidance along the way!

    Wishing you many magical memories,
    Clara
