I once had a similar issue. So I feel especially qualified to answer this question! My issue occurred when I purchased a brand new
Disneyland Resort Magic Key. Somehow the QR code associated with my
Disneyland Mobile App did not properly link to my Magic Key. So, while my photos were showing on my App, they were not showing on the website. I reached out to
PhotoPass Guest Support for assistance. A Cast Member was able to resolve the issue. You may contact them by calling (407) 560-4300.
One of my favorite ways to use the Disneyland Mobile App is to save Disney PhotoPass attraction photos! Those are the fun candid photos captured on select
attractions! To link these photos enter the unique PhotoPass code located at the top of the attraction photo to save it in your Disneyland Mobile App. And, you may do this even after you have left the theme parks and returned home!
