The
Disney Imagination Campus looks like an amazing opportunity and if you purchased tickets through this program, I would first suggest connecting with your sales representative to make sure your ticket doesn’t already include
Disney Genie+.
After you confirm that Disney Genie+ isn’t included in your ticket package,
it looks like you can add the Service separately! You’ll want to follow
these Disney Genie+ steps for adding the Service to your specific ticket type.
After adding, at 7:00 a.m. on the day(s) you have the Service, you’ll be able to book your first
Lightning Lane reservation which will show up in the “My Genie Day” section of the app. Once you use your first Lightning Lane or two hours after Theme Park opening (whichever is first), you’ll be able to select your next Lightning Lane and continue the cycle throughout the day (subject to availability).
Pro Tip: If you don’t find the Lightning Lane you’re hoping for at 7:00 a.m., keep refreshing the
My Disney Experience mobile app throughout the day. Sometimes guests cancel their Lightning Lane, and if the timing is right, you could be there to grab it!
