Can I still make Genie reservations at 7am if check in at the hotel is 4pm?

    Astrid,

Thanks for asking your question to planDisney!

Yes, regardless on where you are staying, you can start making Disney Genie+ attraction reservations at 7 am. It does not matter if you can't check in until 4 pm, or when you get your room, everyone can start booking in the morning.

On a recent trip I enjoyed numerous Genie+ attractions, and even booked an Individual Lightning Lane ride, even though I did not actually get into my hotel room until later that evening. For our family trips we love to drop off our bags at the hotel Bell Services desk before heading off to one adventure or another. Sometimes we go to the hotel pool to enjoy the resort amenities until our room is ready, and on other trips we go straight to the parks for a day of fun. With the Direct-To-Room Service on the My Disney Experience App, we get notified when our room is ready, so we can go straight to our room when we want, skipping the front desk entirely.

Please feel free to write me back directly if you have any follow-up questions.

    Have a Magical Vacation!
