We have a generational group (12 people) planned for July. I am trying to plan transportation,we are staying at Port Orleans Riverside and have dinner at Sebastian's Bistro. Utilizing the Disney transportation, what is the best way to get to dinner?

It's great to see you here today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Kimberly! A multigenerational trip with a dozen people sounds like so much fun. Just think of all of the memories that you're going to make together! Have you considered getting Memory Maker for your vacation? It allows you to have unlimited downloads of all of the Disney PhotoPass pictures you take together! The Memory Maker package will be linked to all of your My Disney Experience accounts so you can see each other's photos even if you split up for a few hours to enjoy different attractions or Theme Parks. It's perfect if you're planning to put together a scrapbook or video compilation of your trip!

When it comes to traveling between your Resort Hotel and your dinner reservation at Sebastian's Bistro, there are a few routes that you can take and some of them involve some really cool Disney transportation. If I was planning this journey for myself, I would take a bus from Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside to Disney's Hollywood Studios, and use the Disney Skyliner to glide through the sky to Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. The gondolas hold up to 10 guests so you will need to split into two smaller groups but you'll arrive at the exact same time. The Disney Skyliner is my favorite mode of transportation at Walt Disney World Resort right now and I've been looking for any opportunity I can to use it, so I hope it's a hit for your family as well! The other option is to use the boat service that departs regularly from your Resort Hotel to get to Disney Springs. From there, you'll be able to catch a bus and take a short ride to Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort!

When you're planning your itinerary on the day that you want to make this journey, I recommend that you leave yourself around 90 minutes of travel time. It should not take this long, but adding that extra bit of time in as a buffer means that you won't need to worry about being late if you arrive to the dock to see a boat just taking off or if there are any other kinds of delays. If you arrive early, it'll give you a little bit of time to explore the gorgeous grounds of the Resort Hotel!

    Have a magical day, Kimberly!
