Generally, how much does it cost for character breakfast and does that price included tax and gratuity? We are going in march and planning to do the character breakfast. Thank you

Hello, Patricia! A character breakfast is a fabulous way to start your day at the Disneyland Resort.

There are currently five restaurants that offer character dining and each offers a unique set of characters and delicious food. Typically, a character breakfast will cost anywhere from $15 to $36 per person, but prices are subject to change. Payment for each meal is set up a bit differently. Some will include taxes and gratuity in your check and others you will pay up front and you can leave gratuity if you wish after your meal. Simply ask a Cast Member when you check in for your reservation how payment for the meal will be handled. Reservations are recommended for all character meals and can be made up to 60 days in advance online or by calling (714) 781-3463.

My two favorite character dining experiences are the Minnie & Friends – Breakfast in the Park at the Plaza Inn and Surf’s Up! Breakfast with Mickey and Friends at Disney's PCH Grill. If you would like to mingle with some princess friends first thing in the morning, then Ariel's Grotto in Disney California Adventure Park has you covered.

Please stop by the Disney Parks Moms Panel again if you have any other questions while you plan your visit to the Disneyland Resort!
