It sounds like you have some spooktacular fun coming up next month! If you are going to enter Disney California Adventure Park prior to the
Oogie Boogie Bash mix-in time of 3:00 PM, you will need a valid theme park ticket as well as a theme park reservation.
I would double check the
Disneyland Resort property rules to ensure that your costumes fit within the guidelines for regular theme park hours. Your costumes will be subject to the review of the Cast Members at security, so I would be prepared with a backup option just in case. You could always bring your Oogie Boogie Bash costumes and store them in a
locker until the party begins as well.
If you do enter California Adventure before the party officially begins, it's a great time to experience some of your favorite attractions, and I highly recommend eating a full meal as well! Once Oogie Boogie Bash officially begins, you'll definitely want to focus on all of the exclusive activities and experiences to enjoy such as Villains Grove and seeing some of your favorite Disney villains along the treat trails!
