G'd.ay we are coming over to Disney on the 6 to 13 October 2019 Just wondering is there anywhere I can purchase Oogie Boogie Bash tickets before I leave Australia. Thanks Mark

G’day, Mark, and thanks for bringing me your spook-tacular Halloween Time question!

Unfortunately, I’m sorry to report that Oogie Boogie Bash -- A Disney Halloween Party is currently sold out. I checked with a Cast Member, and was told that the Resort doesn’t plan on selling any day-of tickets. This Halloween Time party was announced back in mid-April, and tickets were available online and by calling Disneyland Resort Tickets later that month.

However, I am thrilled to report that there are still plenty of opportunities for happy haunting at the Disneyland Resort! During your stay, Disney California Adventure Park will close at 6:00 PM on October 6, 8, 10, and 13 for Oogie Boogie Bash. So, I’d recommend purchasing Park Hopper Tickets or heading to Disneyland Park on those dates so you can enjoy more park time. Inside Disneyland Park, you’ll be treated to my favorite classic Halloween Time experience, Haunted Mansion Holiday! Look out for special Character meet-and-greets with The Nightmare Before Christmas favorites, Jack and Sally, too!

On Main Street, U.S.A., capture the perfect Halloween pictures at the Main Street Pumpkin Festival! Plus, you won't want to miss the nighttime spell-ebration, Halloween Screams! The show will also include Fireworks on October 6, 11, 12, and 13.

You will still get to enjoy the dreadfully delightful décor at Disney California Adventure Park, too, during non-party hours. I recommend heading to Cars Land, which is transformed from Radiator Springs into Radiator Screams! I love how Mater’s Graveyard JamBOOree and Luigi’s Honkin' Haul-O-Ween both feature spooky overlays!

I also love the festive colors and warm feeling of Plaza de la Familia in Paradise Gardens Park. There are some wonderful photo opportunities, including one with Miguel from Coco! Be sure to stop by the Árbol de la Vida, or Tree of Life, where you can leave a remembrance of a loved one to display on the wall of memories. This is such a touching tribute!

I’m so excited for your Disneyland Resort adventures to begin in just a few short weeks… you’re going to make so many magical memories!
