We recently stayed at the Disneyland Resort under similar circumstances. Our late check-in was kindly accommodated. We found the hotel staff of the
Paradise Pier Hotel were able to handle perfectly our late check-in. The hotel staff is available at all hours you may need for your comfort during your stay. While not absolutely required, making a note on your reservation will help the hotel staff be ready for your arrival. The nice thing about arriving late on your first day is that you are more likely to find your room all prepped and ready for you to use right away!
I know travel can be tiring. But if you do happen to feel like you can get enough rest to arise early in the morning, you may want to take advantage of my favorite
benefit of staying at a Disneyland Resort Hotel:
Extra Magic Hour early admission to one of the theme parks. But if it doesn’t work out that First morning, don’t worry, with valid theme park admission, registered Disneyland Resort Hotel guests are eligible for that and other benefits each day of their start. That even includes the day you check out!
