G'day we will be traveling from Australia in November for our fist trip to WDW & my travel agent told us that we will not be able to get the whole Magical Express treatment (luggage pick up) because we are international vistors,do you know if this is t

Hi, Alison!  Luggage pick-up is really the only difference between international travelers and domestic guests when it comes to Disney's Magical Express.  When you arrive at Orlando International Airport, you will have to claim your luggage at baggage claim and proceed through customs.  Once you've completed the required visit to customs, however, you can hand your luggage back to a Walt Disney World Magical Express cast member, and they can take the luggage for you from there to be delivered later at your resort.  You could also just take it with you to the shuttle, and it will be stowed away under the motor coach until you arrive at your resort, where you can retrieve it and check in with luggage in hand.

Upon returning to the airport, you will not be able to use the airport check-in desk at your resort.  You can still use the Magical Express transportation, but you will need to check-in in person once your shuttle arrives at the airport.

I hope that helps with your planning!  You'll still get to relax and enjoy the Magical Express ride to the pixie dust!
