We’re so happy to hear from you, and hope that you’re getting excited for your upcoming visits to The Most Magical Place on Earth! Having an Annual Pass makes things so wonderful. I love that I’m able to go to the theme parks almost any time I want. My young kids love the flexibility that we have to go so often!
If you log into your
My Disney Experience App, select the “☰” icon at the bottom of the screen, then select the “My Tickets and Passes” option, select the blue “+” button, then select the “Link Tickets & Passes” banner. From there you can follow the prompts to link your Annual Pass to your app. If this does not work, I recommend opening a Chat on the My Disney Experience App to have a Cast Member directly troubleshoot for you and your particular passes. You can also
call a Cast Member to get help over the phone. The final option you could do is visit a Ticketing Booth outside of one of the Disney theme parks to chat with a Cast Member upon arrival at the parks.
Also note that your pass may be subject to
blockout dates which could pose a problem if that is when you are trying to make your theme park reservations.
