I want to use gardengrocer for my trip. There is a 3 hour window they will deliver. Do you know if I have to be in my room when they deliver or will Bay Lake Towers let them in? I do not want to waste 3 hours waiting for groceries. Thank you:-)

    Howdy Kathie!

I think you will be pleased with your decision to use Garden Grocer and I have great news for you!

You don't have to be at your resort waiting on your items to arrive.  Garden Grocer will deliver your order to the Bell Stand at your resort.  Items needing to be refrigerated will be placed in cold storage for you.

When you return to your resort, simply call the Bell Stand and ask for your order to be delivered.  It's a great service that allows you to maximize your time at the Walt Disney World Resort!

Thanks so much for your question and please let me know if you need any further information.  Have a magical day!
