    We have a Garden Grill breakfast on 11-2, but then plan to spend the rest of the day at HS where we have a Fantasmic dinner res that evening. What would be the BEST way to get from Epcot to HS during the middle of the day? We are staying at Poly. Thanks!

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question!

    You can either walk or take a boat from Epcot to Disney’s Hollywood Studios during your family’s upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort - the choice is yours! 

    All you have to do is leave Epcot via the International Gateway (located in World Showcase between the United Kingdom and France) and then you’re on your way! You can either take a boat from that location all the way over to Disney’s Hollywood Studios (about a 25-30 minute ride) or you can walk a little over a mile along Disney’s BoardWalk in order to “Park Hop” that afternoon. 

    Because it sounds like you’re planning an action-packed day, I would probably opt for a boat ride in your case. Although I do love walking from Epcot to Disney’s Hollywood Studios, it is definitely a long walk, especially if you have any little ones in your party.
