Hi, there!
Oh my goodness, Stephanie - you'll be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort in just a matter of weeks. And with a
little one in tow! I know you must be so excited.
It sounds like you have some incredible meals booked for your stay. You're sure to leave with full tummies and happy hearts!
Children under the age of 3 can eat for free at all-you-care-to-enjoy dining locations like
Garden Grill Restaurant. Your daughter is welcome to have her fill of Mickey Waffles and Chip's Sticky Bun Bake at no charge! My only advice? Pack baby wipes for all the sticky goodness your little one will enjoy during this meal with Mickey Mouse and his pals.
At
Be Our Guest Restaurant, your daughter may share from your plate at no charge. If you'd like her to have her own meal, though, you'll likely be required to pay for the full prix fixe, 3-course children's menu as there is no á la carte menu offered at dinner. My best advice is to ask if you can order her a small side of macaroni and cheese or something similar at the time of your meal. If you can't, I suggest you share your meal with her rather than pay for the children's prix fixe meal. I would also take a fruit pouch or yogurt and a snack bar with you in case you need to supplement her dinner.
Did you know you can purchase toddler-friendly snacks at the
Baby Care Centers? Each Baby Care Center has a small, on-site shop with baby care essentials for purchase. I ran out of fruit pouches for my 11-month old last summer, and I was so relieved I could buy her a few more at the Baby Care Centers!
I hope this was helpful, Stephanie. Please let me know if you have any other questions about traveling with your little princess to the Walt Disney World Resort!
