    Hi gang 4 first timers visiting 02/08-02/15, AKL ADR's and tour plans set. Looking for help in getting on the Arusha savannah. Can I do that 10 days ahead through online check in whick I can't find or should I make the direct call to the desk 5 days prior?

    Hi Cathy - the very anticipated online check-in is not yet up and running.  For room requests, I suggest you call Animal Kingdom Lodge as soon as possible and ask for the "room inventory" or "back office" department.  Then, state your request to them, and they will do their best to accommodate it.

    Make sure you do this before you arrive.  Rooms are assigned up to ten days prior to your arrival, so if you ask when you arrive there may not be any rooms available to fulfill your request.  I realize that in your situation, you are very close to arrival, so hopefully calling ahead will still help!
