Welcome to planDisney! I'm delighted to hear that you were able to depart from Batuu safely with your Lightsaber. Kylo Ren and his First Order officers have been patrolling the area near
Savi's Workshop – Handbuilt Lightsabers lately, and while they thankfully haven't been able to locate the workshop, they have been interrogating new Jedi more heavily.
Speaking of protecting the Lightsabers, the Gatherers have been watching the Kyber Crystals within them more carefully lately to avoid them falling into the wrong hands. I'm sorry yours is extra secure. I know that the first time I tried to change out the Kyber Crystal in my Lightsaber, I realized that I was turning it the wrong way, and that was causing me issues. That said, I looked at data transmissions online from other Jedi who have experienced similar problems and even tinkered with my Lightsaber to see if I could provide you with a quick solution. Alas, I'm not a maintenance droid, so I hesitate to suggest anything that would do more harm than good. Since a lightsaber is a precious keepsake, I recommend contacting a Cast Member in Merchandise Guest Services for better assistance in solving this problem.
