is the Galactic Spectacular expected to continue at Hollywood Studios? No times after the next couple of weeks! and need to know if we need to leave some time open at the end of a night at HS on Dec 29 or Jan 1. Sure hard to plan without full lists

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Dana!

The holidays are the most wonderful time of the year at the Walt Disney World Resort, but they can also be the most confusing time of the year, because regular evening spectaculars are replaced by special holiday entertainment offerings. I’m happy to help you get it all straightened out so you can make your list, check it twice, and have all your plans ready so you can ring in the new year, Disney style. I can’t think of a better place to celebrate!

Dana, the reason you’re not seeing show time for Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular on December 29, 2019, and January 1, 2020 is because during the holidays, the show is replaced by Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! If you take a look at the Park Hours for your dates, you’ll see that on December 29, Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! is scheduled for 10:00 p.m., and on January 1, it’s scheduled for 9:00 p.m.; please note that park hours and times are subject to change.

I’m not sure if you’ve made new year’s plans, but I see that Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular is scheduled for 12:00 a.m. on December 31. This is your opportunity to see the show, and what a fun way to welcome the new year!

Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! is a really cute and fun show, and I hope you’ll plan to see it during your visit. Watch as Prep and Landing help Santa prepare for his big night in a bright and colorful show featuring so many wonderful holiday songs and clips from some of Disney’s best Christmas moments. It’s kind of underrated, but I consider this show a must-do, and I hope you love it.

Dana, as you count down the days to your visit, be sure to read the Disney Parks Blog for the latest news. There is so much good cheer at this time of year all around the Walt Disney World Resort, and so many things to see and do. Please come back and see us if we can help as you plan, prepare, and dream.

    Wishing you a magical vacation,
    Robyn
