Hey there, Narelle. Welcome to
planDisney. Thanks for stopping by with your question.
One thing I love about visiting
Walt Disney World, Narelle, is that they want all Guests to be happy and make magical memories that will last a lifetime. I've had so many Cast Members go out of their way to make sure that my family is happy and having a great time. This is true at restaurants as well. At places where the menu is more exotic, they always have something on hand for those picky kids. Oftentimes, your daughter will be able to order off of the kid's menu if she would prefer. If it is a prix fixe meal, she may be charged the adult pricing due to her age but she would be able to select from the kid's menu offerings if she would prefer.
When you arrive at a Walt Disney World restaurant where you think your daughter might struggle to choose from the menu offerings, be sure to talk to your server right away. They will be able to inform you of any other offerings they might have not listed on the menu or they will be happy to go back and speak with the Chef about what they will be able to do. I know that sometimes the Chef will even come out to the table and speak to kids about what their preferences are which is really nice!
I went ahead and took a look at the kid's menu offerings at both restaurants that you mentioned and it does seem like there is a nice selection of typical kids' food on the menu. I saw macaroni and cheese on both menus, grilled meats and even chicken strips. It really does seem that they have a little something for everyone.
I hope this helps ease your mind about your dining choices. If you have any other questions, please feel free to stop back by and
ask me. I'm happy to help!
Have fun and enjoy.
