    Further clarification on the PP+; if I pre-order the original PP @119.95 (50.00 account credit) and want to upgrade upon arrival at Disney, I only pay 30.00, the difference between the actual cost 169.99 of PP and PP+ 199.99?

    If you decide to upgrade you will be able to credit the amount you've already spent ($119.95) towards the purchase of PhotoPass+ ($199.99) leaving you with a balance of around $80.00 which is the difference between the two.  You will actually be credited the amount you have actually paid, not for the value of the Photopass CD itself.

    Upgrading to Photopass+ is easy and can be done at any Photopass viewing kiosk at Walt Disney World including locations throughout the parks, resort hotels, and Downtown Disney.
