I love a good mystery, especially one that involves funds that could be used for another visit to the Walt Disney World® Resort! If you are referring to a gift card balance, you could potentially check that gift card balance if you uploaded it into your
Disney Gift Card account online or if you still have the card number, you could check the balance online. If you had a credit remaining during a stay at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel, that credit may have been given in the form of a gift card and sent via email - a fellow panelist had this happen recently!
Unfortunately, we at planDisney do not have access to see your MyDisney account, so I suggest that you
call to speak with a cast member in Guest Services Billing. They may be able to help or, if not, they may be able to direct you to another department that can. When I have called with billing questions in the past, cast members were able to assist!
Curtis, if you booked through a travel agency or third party vendor and they gave a refund or credit, you would need to contact them directly. I apologize for not being able to directly answer your question and hope you are able to speak with a cast member and get the issue resolved!
