    we had so much fun at our 1st trip to WDW last Feb, that we are planning a return trip. Stayed at Poly last year, & I am trying to decide between Port Orleans Riverside Y the Beach Club or splitting between the two. Thoughts for us & kids ages 10

    Hi Donna,

    Given the choice and budget permitting, I would go for Disney's Beach Club Resort over Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside every time.

    The fact that it is within walking distance of Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios and located perfectly for a stroll along the BoardWalk in the evenings makes it a firm favourite. That and the fact that it is home to the best Resort hotel pool at Walt Disney World - Stormalong Bay which really is a beachside water park in it's own right.

    My family have however also very much enjoyed stays at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside.
