Hi there, Natalie!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney! I'm always excited when I see a question from a fellow Nevadan! One of the reasons that I grew up taking family vacations to Disneyland Resort is that it's just a short plane ride or road trip away from our house in Nevada. I hope you are able to visit soon!
There are a few possibilities regarding your theme park tickets. I would first suggest checking the inbox of the email address associated with your Disney account to see if you received a ticket confirmation email. If you do have the email, then it's easy to add your tickets to the
Disneyland Mobile app using the Tickets Confirmation Number. On the homepage of the app, select "Tickets and Passes" and then "Link Tickets & Passes". There are multiple ways to link your tickets this way. This can also be done on the
Disneyland Resort website, by selecting "Link Tickets" under "My Disneyland" at the top of the page.
If you did not receive an email confirmation, then your best bet is to contact "
Tickets" at Disneyland Resort. The Cast Members are always happy to help figure out specific ticket issues.
Once you get your park tickets figured out, don't forget to make your park reservations. You can check out the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar online to see which dates and parks are available.
In case you missed it, the
Disney Parks Blog recently announced a number of limited-time and seasonal events that are planned throughout the year. I'm personally looking forward to the
Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival and Pixar Fest!
Natalie, I'm very glad that you contacted us at planDisney! We hope to see you real soon!
Jen
