We will be there for 2 full days and 2 half days. I have an 8 year old girl and a 4 year old boy and wanting to know which parks should we spend our 2 full days on? And which park if we have to skip one what will it be?

A tough but fair question. As an attorney I can argue that all the parks are worth seeing. Each one has some amazing sights, sounds, attractions and memories just waiting for your and your family. In your situation I would start with a visit to the Magic Kingdom. The whole family will enjoy the classic Jungle Cruise, the Pirates of the Caribbean and Tomorrowland Speedway to name just a few of the great attractions here. They don't call it the Happiest Place on Earth for nothing! From there I would head over to Disney's Animal Kingdom. This park has real live animals including lion, giraffes and zebras, all of which you will see on the Kilimanjaro Safaris Expedition. Another must see here is the Festival of the Lion King. The performances are simply stunning and the whole family will be entertained in this interactive show. These two parks have so much to offer you and your family to make this vacation to Walt Disney World the best trip yet.
