Walt Disney World Vacation Package. Sometimes I wish the website had a little more pixie dust behind it so that everything would magically appear when we needed it.
You likely received an email from Walt Disney World about your balance because you are nearing the 30-day mark before your trip! Now I know you said you have already checked your
My Disney Experience account, so these steps will likely seem familiar to you but hang in there with me. You can pay for your final payment balance online so let’s walk through that process first.
To pay for it online:1. Log on to your My Disney Experience account.
2. You should see your upcoming resort hotel reservation details under “My Plans.”
3. Under your Resort Hotel information, you should see the confirmation number, your remaining balance, and there should also be a blue button that says “Make a Payment.”
a. Note that if your upcoming trip were booked through a travel agency, you would not see an option to pay online and must contact the agency to get your balance paid.
4. Just click the link, and you should be able to submit your final payment.
If you do not see your travel details and have linked them in your My Disney Experience account, the next step would be to reach out to a Cast Member at (407)-939-4357 for further payment assistance. The wait times have been much longer recently, so I recommend reaching out earlier in the morning to shorten your wait times.
