Hi Jennifer!
Christmas is a very special time at Walt Disney World Resort with so many special events for your family to enjoy! All of the details of Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party have not yet been announced, but I would expect the
Disney Parks Blog to begin giving us some hints of the holiday fun coming to the resort over the next several months. Since Anna, Elsa, Kristoff and Olaf were so popular lighting Cinderella Castle in A Frozen Holiday Wish, I am hopeful that they will make a return trip from Arendelle to participate in the festivities this year!
There are so many exciting things for your family to enjoy around the resort beyond Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. One of my favorite things is to experience the
gingerbread creations that the Walt Disney World Resort chefs create for display. Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa traditionally has the largest gingerbread house. Last year, I was blown away by how amazing it was and had such a good time finding the hidden Mickeys on it and tasting a gingerbread shingle! You will also be able to enjoy all of the themed
Christmas trees at each of the resort hotels. I haven't seen it in person yet, but the Christmas tree at Disney's Wilderness Lodge is on my must-see list during my next Christmas trip. Be sure to see
Holidays Around the World at Epcot. You will be able to experience the holiday traditions and decorations of each country in World Showcase and enjoy the amazing music of the Candlelight Processional.
It's sure to be a Merry Mickey Christmas! T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
