    Is the Frozen Ever After Dessert Party at Epcot World Showcase considered a sit down or quick service for the dining plan?

    Hi Sarah!

    One of my favorite ways to end a day at Walt Disney World Resort is by enjoying a dessert party! It's the perfect way to combine an incredible nighttime spectacular and a variety of tasty treats.

    Frozen Ever After Dessert Party is an awesome special event because you can sample Frozen-themed treats before viewing Epcot Forever, which just debuted tonight! After your treats and the show, you will end your night enjoying a "Summer Snow Day" on Frozen Ever After. Unfortunately, Frozen Ever After Dessert Party does not accept any dining plan entitlements. You can use a credit card or Disney Gift Card to pay for this experience when you make your reservation. I like to add a dessert party to our itinerary on the last night of our trip because I think it's the perfect way to end a magical vacation.

    If you decide you want to skip the dessert party, Epcot's World Showcase has incredible quick service locations that you could choose to enjoy using your dining plan. We will often get a dessert and a beverage from one of the quick service locations in World Showcase and enjoy them while we are viewing the evening's fireworks!
