Ahoy there, Charles!
Welcome aboard planDisney! I completely understand not wanting to let it go when it comes to the
Frozen Deck Party and all the frosty fun that comes with it! Olaf would say some people are worth melting for—but when it comes to this icy celebration at sea, I say it’s worth planning for!
Now, for the honest answer wrapped in a warm hug: Disney hasn’t released the finalized entertainment schedules for the summer 2026
Alaska sailings just yet. They typically unveil the magic approximately 130 days before the voyage begins, but sometimes the snowflakes fall a little earlier!
That said, I did a little digging (think Kristoff, but with Wi-Fi instead of an ice pick), and I went back through every 2025 Alaska itinerary. I’m happy to share that the Frozen Deck Party and themed activities were scheduled on every single one! While nothing is guaranteed for 2026 until it’s officially announced, the trend is strong—stronger than Elsa’s snow powers on coronation day!
You can usually expect the Frozen fun to be scheduled on the same day as your ship’s scenic cruising past the
Stikine Icecap, which for your 2026 itinerary looks to be Day 3. And don’t forget the coolest dinner of the cruise—Frozen-themed menu night in the main dining rooms! If you’re planning to
dine at Palo (which is chef’s kiss amazing), I recommend booking it for a different night so you don’t miss the themed menu and festive fun.
Once you’re onboard, be sure to double-check the final schedule in the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. That app is like your enchanted map to all things magical—it even updates with any last-minute changes, so you don’t miss a single snowflake of fun.
I hope this helped melt away any worries, Charles! Alaska cruises are truly something special—between the breathtaking views, glacial adventures, and onboard magic, it’s an experience worth singing about (preferably with reindeer, trolls, and a snowman by your side).
Sea ya real soon as we ride the wave of summer’s final stretch in Disney style,
Dustin
