I see that Frontier Airlines doesn’t participate in the airport check in with the Disney resort. We will be heading to Disney Springs on departure date. Will guest services at Disney Springs hold our luggage while we shop and have lunch?

Hi Kelly! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort is right around the corner now. Woohoo! I bet you are thrilled. My family often spends a few hours of our arrival and departure days at Disney Springs, so I love your plan to head there for lunch and shopping prior to catching your flight home.

Disney Springs does not have an area that can hold your luggage, but you can leave your bags with Bell Services at your Disney Resort hotel before you head over to Disney Springs. Bell Services can hold your luggage until you return to board Disney's Magical Express and make the journey to Orlando International Airport. This is a complimentary service (I always tip a small amount per bag to show my gratitude for their hard work) and will keep your hands free for all of the shopping you will do!

I hope you have the best vacation, Kelly! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
