    Hello, friends! We'll be in WDW Nov 12-18, and are interested in the "Dine w/an Imagineer" dining event. Sadly, all 3 dates are booked while we're there. =( Is there a waiting list for dining events, in case of cancellation? If so, how can we

    Hi Erin,



    Unfortunately, there is not a waiting list for dining. I recently attended the "Dine with an Imagineer" lunch at the Hollywood Brown Derby. We were informed that all changes and cancelations needed to take place more than 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged. You'll need to keep calling to see if there are any openings, and you may find that at 3 days in advance people change their mind and cancel so they don't get charged.



    Best of luck to you in securing a seat for this fun meal. For future trips, keep in mind that this fills up 180 days in advance and often with-in moments of the phone lines opening at 7:00am.
