Friends purchased 2-day hoppers for our 60th birthday on Feb 15, 2020 which expires Jan 12, 2022 and we are not comfortable going yet. The park has been closed majority of the time our passes were valid, will our passes have an extension like Jan 2023?

    Hi Mamie,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for taking the time to reach out to us with your question, we appreciate it.  Happy Belated Birthday!  What a great birthday present, I am so sorry to see that you have not been able to use your Theme Park Tickets yet.

Theme Park Tickets are non-refundable, but don't worry, Mamie.  If your fully unused Theme Park Tickets expire prior to you being able to use them, you will be able to use the value of those Theme Park Tickets toward the purchase of new Theme Park Tickets when you are ready to visit Disneyland Resort again.  When the time comes to purchase your new Theme Park Tickets, the value of your old Theme Park Tickets will be used as a credit.  If the Theme Park Tickets disappear in your Disney Account simply call Ticket Services and a Cast Member will be able to assist in real time.

While you are waiting to head back to the Happiest Place on Earth, I recommend checking out the Disney Parks Blog and the official Disneyland Resort website, for the most up to date information regarding all things Disney.  There are so many new and exciting experiences for guests, including Avengers Campus.  I can hardly wait to experience WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure with my family for the first time, it looks incredible!

I hope you get back to Disneyland Resort soon for a belated birthday celebration, Mamie.  If you have any other questions, please come back to planDisney, we are always happy to help.
