My friends and I are going in October. We are all set up to use the magical express, but we are worried that we won't get our luggage tags in time. What happens if we don't have the tags on them? Do we have to collect them from baggage claim by ourselves?

    Hello Kimberly!

You should expect your Disney's Magical Express tags to arrive approximately two weeks prior to your vacation.  If for some reason they do not arrive in that timeframe, you can call 407) WDW-MAGIC check the status of your tags.  ME has graciously sent my tags overnight when I needed them to.  They're lifesavers!

If you are unable to get the tags prior to your vacation, simply head to the Disney's Magical Express counter at Orlando International Airport when you land.  Give the Cast Members your luggage tag numbers (from your airline) and a description of your bags.  They will make sure your luggage is pulled off of the baggage claim and delivered to your room.  This process can take a bit longer than the typical delivery service time, so make sure to have any important items with you (medicine, change of clothes, ect).

I hope this helps Kimberly!  Please let me know if you have any other questions.
