My friends and I are headed to Disney World to celebrate our mutual autumnal 30th birthdays. There will be 5 of us total. Are we each eligible to login to pay for our own share of the trip? Or should one person make the total payment and we pay them back?

Hey, howdy, hey, Emily, and welcome to planDisney! A grown-up birthday celebration trip with your best friends at the Most Magical Place on Earth sounds fantastic! Some of my best memories at Walt Disney World Resort are from times when I shared laughter, magic, memories, and a few specialty cocktails with my girlfriends!

Emily, if your travel party is all connected as Family & Friends in your My Disney Experience account and linked to the resort hotel reservation, each Guest 18 years of age or older will be able to see the balance due and payment details when logged in, and will also be able to make a payment online towards the balance of the trip. This convenient feature makes planning and traveling with friends a little easier since each Guest can use their own preferred payment method for their portion of the trip! If you should run into any issues with online payments, you can always reach out to a friendly Cast Member at the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations number for personal assistance or to make a payment over the phone!

Now that the logistics are situated, it's time to talk about all the fun that awaits you and your crew on your birthday celebration! Your fall visit will likely coincide with the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival which invites Guests to eat and drink their way around World Showcase with outdoor kitchens and specialty food and beverage offerings! Official details haven't been released for 2024, but keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog so you can plan for all the fun that comes along with this unique festival!

You'll also likely have an opportunity to check out some of the great Halloween magic that surrounds the Walt Disney World Resort during the month of October! From Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom Park to seasonal treats (no tricks!) at the theme parks and resorts, you're sure to love the spooky details and festive fall offerings all around you! And pumpkins are cuter when they're Mickey-shaped too!

Since you'll be traveling with adults and celebrating a milestone birthday, it's a great opportunity to try out some of the signature dining options on property, like California Grill at Disney's Contemporary Resort! Aside from the amazing food, you can enjoy some of the best views of Magic Kingdom and a reserved viewing area to watch the Happily Ever After fireworks show! Another great, casual dining option I recently enjoyed on a girls' trip was Steakhouse 71 - the Sunset Margarita was perfection!

One last tip, check out the planDisney Top Tips for Adults Only Vacations for some more great ideas to make the most of your vacation! Whether you're chasing thrills, chills, or a combination of both, you'll find it all together!

    Happy Birthday!
